Individual Coaching, 1 hour $150

Coaching sessions take place at my home office (or phone/skype), in a quiet and safe space to get to know one anther.  Each session typically begins with a cup of tea as we collaborate to work through roadblocks, reach goals and release the burden of stress. 

Couples Coaching, 1 hour $175

Coaching sessions take place at my home office (or phone/skype), in a quiet and safe space to get to know one another and explore any road blocks in the partnership.  We will explore feelings and fears in a safe and calm manner and work to build a new road map for the relationship. 

Family Coaching, 1 hour $175

Coaching sessions take place at my home office, or at your home.  In these sessions we will address the current stresses affecting each member, and all members will have a voice.  These sessions are focused on the love, the respect and the friendship each member of the family has with the others.  

Group Coaching, 1 hour $250

Coaching sessions take place at your office or location of preference. These sessions help teach positive goal setting, collaboration and help define and emphasize corporate culture.  These sessions are team-based and great for building trust, excitement and camaraderie in the work place.

Speaking Engagements, 1 hour $500

Speaking Engagements are a great way to bring positive coaching to large groups of people.  These engagements are custom tailored to each event and collaborative preparation ensures that all topics addressed are relevant and interesting to the audience. 

Life Balance Coaching, 45 Day Challenge  $595

 ($295 limited time offer until 1/31/17) 

This 45 Day (R) Challenge Program will help successfully break old habits and create new habits in your health, relationships, energy, mindset and career.  This is a 10-15 minute daily program which includes weekly calls with me, a Growth U Certified Advisor. www.growth-u.com
