This is something I grew up with, & something I have grown into!

Coaching is my passion.

I am a native of Raleigh, North Carolina and a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

I am a Certified Life Coach through CTI and ELITE U.

I earned degrees in Human Services and Communications at GW, while also participating in a program teaching non-violence practices to high school and middle school students.

During my college years I was privileged and honored to spend some time with an Aboriginal Tribe while I was studying abroad in Australia. During that time I lived in the outback on an educational camp with a tribe and I can tell you, love knows no language. We all have it, we can all share it, and it is powerful.

I meet with clients in my office, and over the phone. I also do motivational speaking & corporate coaching for individuals & groups. I coach on topics relevant to each client. The areas

closest to my heart are coaching clients through Body Image, Self-Acceptance and Relationship issues.

Coaching is in my blood. I am the proud daughter of a Master Life Coach who has been coaching and speaking for decades!

I am a JOY and CONNECTION Junkie and I am fascinated with relationships, transformation and the personal journey inward towards self-awareness.

My mentors and favorite authors include my mother, Rivka From, Oprah, Dr. Lissa Rankin, Neal Donald Walsch, Khalil Gibran, Louise L. Hay, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Brene Brown, Karen Salmansohn, Don Miguel Ruiz and Michael Singer. My most significant Life teachers have been my family and friends, I take their counsel, guidance and personal stories with me in all that I do as a coach.

Along with coaching, I have personally been practicing Reiki, a Japanese form of energy healing, since I was 11 years old. I am a big fan of merging healing modalities from both the East and the West. I believe there is great benefit to regular checkups with General Practitioners, acupuncturists, cranio-sacral therapists, and masseuses, just to name a few.

I am committed to partnering with you to reconnect you with your true self. I want to help you identify with what you were brought into this world to BE and DO and HAVE. With tremendous compassion, intuition and enthusiasm, I access the wisdom of my own transformational journey and education to encourage and empower my clients to step into their highest self.
